Where are you based?

We are located in the friendly market town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. Our store is situated in Hamilton's Yard just off The Platt; take the lane between Mad Hatters Cafe & Couch Flooring. In addition to the greeting & art cards we sell online, the physical shop stocks quality stationery and giftware.

Is the site secure?

By building our site through Shopify we benefit from their tried and tested encryption software. Check your address bar and you should see the lock symbol that confirms a secure connection. Payments are taken through Shopify Payments or Paypal giving you peace of mind and a familiar checkout experience. 

Why is there a postage charge?

A flat rate postage charge is applied to your order to cover Royal Mail delivery and protective packaging costs. At £1.25 for Second Class or £1.75 for First Class it might seem steep for a single card but multiple purchases incur no additional rise. Making it well worth planning ahead and filling your card box ready for the next occasion on the calendar. Orders over £20 will qualify for 1st Class postage to be included at no additional cost. 

Can I collect my order from the Wadebridge shop?

If you're local to the Wadebridge area, you can choose free 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Normally collection will be encouraged to fall within store opening hours (please see our Google business listing for up-to-date times). Although alternative times can be arranged on an individual basis.

How quickly are orders despatched?

The aim is despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. This usually means same or next day confirmation of postage. From then we are reliant on Royal Mail estimates; 3-4 working days for 2nd Class or 1-2 working days for 1st Class. Should there be any delay in orders being posted you'll be alerted quickly and given option to cancel.
